Maple Syrup - Dark

"Dark" syrup (formerly Grade A) is the most popular syrup, and has a very rich taste. Dark syrup is preferred by the majority of maple enthusiasts.
Maple Syrup - Very Dark

This very dark syrup (formerly Grade B) is made later in the season and has a strong maple flavor. Very dark syrup is often used in cooking or for those who prefer the strong flavor.
