Gluten Free Maple Peach Crumble
Maple Peach Crumble is quick and easy. The abundance of peaches this time of year makes this recipe one to keep and excellent dessert to bring for your next potluck! Everyone gets to enjoy this one.
Ingredients-Filling
4 Heaping Cups Fresh Sliced Peaches
2 Tbs. Almond Four
Juice from One Large Lemon
1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
Toss peaches with all these ingredients until evenly coated. Pour peach filling into 1- 9" pie crust pan and let sit while you make the topping.
Ingredients-Topping
2 Cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats
5 Tbs. Butter (I would substitute with coconut oil for vegan recipe)
3 Tbs. Justamere's Maple Syrup
1/2 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Chopped Almonds
1/4 Cup Almond Flour
1/2 Tsp. Salt
Melt together oats, butter, and maple syrup. Combine well with rest of ingredients. Apply oat mixture evenly over peach filling. Bake 35-45 minutes at 375 degrees. If the top browns too quickly, cover the crumble with foil. Serve warm or cold with fresh whipped cream.
