I purchased some of your GF Pancake mix. We had the pancakes for lunch today and they are delicious! I haven't had pancakes since being diagnosed with celiac disease last year. Most of the GF breads or similar products I've tried taste funny. They just don't satisfy. Your pancakes are delicious! I love the texture that the almond flour gives to the pancakes.
